How do I make a return or exchange?

You must contact us within 48 hours to get an approval.  Once your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping of the item.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and our approval for exchange.

Most returns and exchanges will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Please note additional processing delays may occur in some instances.

What is the BAA return policy?

Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment.

Bridal gowns cannot be returned in store.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.

Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How do I exchange a size?

If you need to exchange it for the same item, different size send us an email at info@bridesacrossamerica.com or call and we will see if we have it in stock.

How quickly do your gowns arrive once I've placed my order?

Once we receive your order, it will take approximately 5-7 business days for your item to arrive.

How much is does shipping cost?

Shipping is done via UPS and costs a $25 flat rate.

How will the gown be shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt?

Your gown will be shipped via UPS. We do not require a signature upon receipt of the package. You will receive tracking information when your item is shipped.

Are you a 501c3 tax exempt charitable organization?

Yes we are registered in Massachusetts and follow the federal rules and restrictions.

Are the dresses new or previously worn?

The items online are samples from designers; overstocks, discontinued, or may have slight imperfections. We do not post any dresses that are previously worn.

What about alterations?

Most of the gowns will need alterations to get the perfect fit.  It will be rare that you will not need to be fitted. Usually gowns will need hem, side seams, and bustle.  Check your local listing for seamstresses.
